Refund & Cancellation Rules

Last updated: June 15, 2026

We respect your resources. Because our reports are personally prepared, we follow these balanced refund parameters:

  • Live Consultations: Sessions can be rescheduled for free with up to 12 hours of notice. Cancellations made prior to 12 hours will receive a full net refund.
  • Digital PDF Reports: Since calculations begin immediately upon ordering, PDF booklet orders cannot be canceled once details are finalized.
  • Puja Services: Cancellations accepted until 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony. Post-ceremony, refunds are not applicable.
